Effective April 17, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Founders Pilot, Astra, or any related services.

1. Informational Use Only

Founders Pilot, Astra, the Founder Readiness Assessment, the Founder Strategy Brief, and all related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in any conversation, document, or email constitutes professional business, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Assessment scores, edge assignments, percentile rankings, benchmark citations, and strategy recommendations are analytical outputs based on your responses and our research models. They are not predictions and do not guarantee business, financial, or career success. Any outcome you achieve depends on factors outside our control.

3. About Astra

Astra is an AI-powered strategy tool. Astra is not a licensed consultant, attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Conversations with Astra are generated by a large language model and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not rely on Astra's output for binding decisions.

4. Consult Qualified Professionals

Before making decisions about employment, finances, business formation, fundraising, intellectual property, tax matters, or any legally or financially material action, consult qualified licensed professionals (attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, etc.). Founders Pilot does not replace professional counsel.

5. Payment and Refunds

The Founder Strategy Brief is available for a one-time fee of $29.99, processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact hello@thefounderspilot.com within 14 days for resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exequi, the operator of Founders Pilot, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use Founders Pilot, Astra, the Strategy Brief, or any related content. This includes, without limitation, business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, or decisions made in reliance on assessment results or Astra conversations.

7. “As Is” Provision

All services, content, documents, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

8. Intellectual Property

Your assessment responses and conversation content are yours. The Strategy Brief generated for you is for your personal use; you may share it freely. The Founders Pilot platform, frameworks, methodology, and branding remain the property of Exequi.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to extract training data, no use of the service to build a competing product, no impersonation, no submission of unlawful content. We may suspend or revoke access for violations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
