The Founder
Lola Eniolorunda is the Founder and Chief Venture Builder of Exequi, a startup architecture studio based in Schaumburg, Illinois. Exequi takes corporate professionals from validated idea to launched business in 90-120 days — without taking equity.
Lola built Exequi after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: talented corporate professionals with strong ideas and deep domain expertise, stuck because they didn't have a clear path from idea to execution. They didn't need an accelerator. They didn't need a co-founder. They needed an architecture partner — someone who could help them design the business, build the infrastructure, and launch with confidence.

What Exequi Does
Exequi is a startup architecture studio. That means we don't invest in your company, we don't take a board seat, and we don't take equity. We help you build.
Our engagements are structured around a 90-120 day launch arc. We work with you to validate your idea, design your business model, build your MVP, acquire your first customers, and set up the operational infrastructure you need to grow. When the engagement is over, you own everything.

Why Founders Pilot Exists
Founders Pilot started as an internal tool. We needed a way to understand where each client was — their strengths, their gaps, and the specific strategy that would move them forward fastest. The 8-question assessment, the four quadrants, the edge framework — all of it was built to make our strategy sessions more precise and our recommendations more personalized.
