At the end, you get a Founder Strategy Brief with your risk assessment, competitive intelligence, and a 90-day roadmap.

Who is Astra?

Astra is your AI strategy partner. She draws on patterns from 300,000+ founder interactions and specializes in helping experienced professionals transition from corporate to building their own thing. She will push back on your assumptions, ask hard questions, and give you honest opinions. She is not a chatbot. She is a strategist.

Is it free?

The conversation with Astra is completely free. If you want the full Founder Strategy Brief (risk assessment, competitive intelligence, 30-day action plan, 90-day roadmap), that costs $29.99. Event attendees may receive special discount codes.

How long does a conversation take?

About 20 to 30 minutes. Astra will take you through 20 to 25 exchanges covering your problem, your customer, your solution, and your readiness to execute.

Can other people see my ideas?

No. Your conversations with Astra are private and only visible to you. No other users can see your ideas, your assessment results, or your Strategy Brief. Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit, and we never sell or share your information with third parties.

What happens to my data?

Your conversation is stored securely so you can return to it anytime. It is processed by Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate your Strategy Brief. Anthropic does not use your conversation data to train their models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

What is the Founder Strategy Brief?

A personalized PDF document generated from your conversation with Astra. It includes an executive summary, your first action item, an honest risk assessment, competitive intelligence for your industry, a 30-day action plan, and a 90-day roadmap. It is delivered as a PDF attachment to your email and is also downloadable from the site.

I did not receive my Strategy Brief. What do I do?

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email hello@thefounderspilot.com with the email address you used and we will resend it within 24 hours.

Can I come back and continue my conversation?

Yes. Your conversation is saved. You can return to your session anytime using the link from your email or by logging in with the same email address.

Can I reply to Astra by email?

Yes. Every email from Astra has a reply-to address. Just reply directly and Astra will respond to your message via email. This is a great way to continue the conversation or ask follow-up questions about your Strategy Brief.

What is the 5K Test?

One of Astra’s signature questions. She will ask you: “Could you write 5,000 blog posts about this problem, not your solution, just the problem? How long could you keep going?” Your answer reveals how deep your connection to the problem really is.
